At the end of the day - WebMail works, so all of our clients can send and receive mail. Remember, the email is  not completely broken.

Business Critical Email - Our Recommendation

We strongly recommend you use an email service attached to your domain name, like Go Daddy or 1&1 for example. The funny thing is that Email Hosting is cheap! It's between .99 cents (at 1and1.com) and $2/mo (at RackSpace.com) - so setting your own email hosting is a breeze.

In the meantime, while Adobe takes the next 1-2 weeks to get email back into 100% operation and moves everyone to the new OpenSRS platform, you can always use WebMail.

If you're using any 3rd party software like Outlook, Exchange Servers, Internal Servers, etc. - than please contact your IT company for support. We'll be happy to give them any instructions and/or guidance they need to do their job. Thank you.
